Chapter numbering issue -- thoughts?

genartiAs near as I can tell without going back to look over all the versions: the Frank Lee Benedict translation which was the one whose chapter titles I wrote up first for the numbering starts Part III: In Vendée a few chapters from now, with "Plusquam Civilia Bella." The A.L. Brut translation and the French original started Part III right before what we had already termed 2.4.1, "Les forêts"/"The Forests." OOPS. I made a chart of the chapters, here, for anyone who wants to see where the discrepancies are (highlighted yellow).
Anyone have a strong opinion on sticking with what we already had versus renumbering ourselves to be in the 3.1.xs now?
